With a proven track record of producing measurable results, our small and friendly team of trusted travel and hospitality professionals, based just outside London have over 30 years of industry experience.

We use our extensive travel industry experience and contacts to open doors and create opportunities for our hotel and tourism clients that they may not be able to do so themselves. We aim to act as an in-market extension to our client’s own sales & marketing team, to drive increased product awareness amongst decision makers and frontline sellers with the objective of increasing market share, business volume and revenues.

Peter Grace (Founder and Owner)

Following a successful tour operating career with Kuoni Travel, one of the UK and Europe's leading long haul travel companies, Peter crossed the fence to head-up the UK and European sales & marketing activities for a number of international hotel groups. By working closely with properties located in the Caribbean, South America, Egypt and Middle East, Peter has built up a wealth of experience and industry contacts that form the backbone of Bespoke Travel Marketing. Passionate about travel and building lasting commercial relationships, Peter has a very hand’s on approach and heads up the Bespoke team.

 

James Dillinger (Systems, Field Sales and Training)

A professionally trained actor, with significant experience in field marketing, James specialises in the art of communication, ensuring that our clients "stand out from the crowd". By employing his personality, wit and performance techniques, James connects with travel agents and tour operator sales staff on a personal level and equips them with the very best product knowledge. James's innovative approach to bespoke training solutions, together with his extensive database, administration and social media skills, help to ensure that our client's stay ahead of the game.
